Harm to Humans caused by alcohol use

 Many people, big or small, have turned to alcohol at the time of modernization and use it for sadness, happiness. which is the cause of all the breakdowns in our lives, such as education, society, the future and education. The harmful use of alcohol is one of the leading risk factors for population health worldwide and has a direct impact on many health-related targets of the Sustainable Development Goals including those for maternal and child health, infectious diseases. 


Here Excessive alcohol use can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious problems including: High blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, voice box, liver, colon, and rectum. Although we do not think about this problem, the use of alcohol has caused a great of human degeneration.

  Of the four seasons, winter, spring, summer and Monsoon is one of our favorite seasons. December and January belong to the winter months. Winter is very cold and chilly season. The wind becomes soft and cool. Many people like adventure trekking and picnic in winter. Apart from fruits, many great fresh vegetables like reddish carrot, onion turnip etc grow in winter.
